The 15th edition of the Sobotta Atlas is the first anatomical atlas with focus on relevance for exams.

Well-chosen clinical examples, exam check lists and figures with explanatory captions are combined online with an Exam coach, image database and dissections notes. Both - atlas and website - are tailored to the needs of medical students, e.g. dissections courses, exams.

• Organized in 3 volumes
  The separate volumes "General Anatomy and Musculoskeletal System", "Internal Organs", and "Head, Neck and Neuroanatomy" follow a topographic approach. Every chapter starts with a descriptive introductory text on that topic, followed by notes on clinical signs and dissections and by an Exam Checklist. The actual Atlas part is interspersed with dissection links and clinical contents.
• New drawings and detailed captions
  All illustrations have been revised aesthetically and with regard to their contents in order to simplify the learning and understanding with the help of the illustrations as far as possible. In addition to this, new drawings highlight selected details. Short texts explain depicted and relevant structures.
• Clinical anatomical contents
  Anatomical structures are put into a clinical context through examples. That way, already while learning, anatomy becomes vividly.
• An additional booklet containing 60 tables on muscles and nerves supports systematic study.
